During a unique time in the world (Coronavirus) the interview process was held entirely virtual, which was a first for me. From application to panel interview, the process was application, phone interview with recruiter, assigned case study/project to complete and submit, phone interview with hiring manager presenting the case study, 1-day Skype interview with ~10 potential business partners all back to back to back.

After applying they will send you a link to a Virtual interview and a challenge based on which job you are applying for. You must complete the challenge, for merchandising was a 15 post instagram, and then the virtual interview. They will reply within the month.
