I applied online and was scheduled for a phone interview / screening. After the phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with the director and assistant director. I was shown around the facility. After that I was scheduled to come back and spend a few hours in the classroom with the current teachers.

What does the typical preschool day look like?
Describe the role of the assistant teacher... how do you manage/work with the assistant?

Answer questions regarding resume and position, then shadow a teacher for an hour. If that goes well then you are hired. Next step is to do online training and join your class.
It was easy. Quick. They asked standard interview questions. Why did I want to teach. Tell me a difficult time when. How would you handle discipline. Received a call same week.

Great process. Both interviewers were very nice! It was straightforward with the typical questions asked for a preschool teacher position. The only thing was that I felt it was a little rushed, but it was after hours so that could be why.
