The interview process was not too bad however after I got the job it took 4 months so actually put me into the position. For the job description the pay was extremely low, they want you to have the work load of exempt staff but be a part time employee.

Was fairly easy, just common sense. The questions they are are in regards to your management, organization, and problem-solving skills. It is you and program directors in the interview. Nothing too scary.
