I applied online on the YMCA site and was asked to come in for a group interview. Everyone was dressed casual and it was super simple. Everyone was super friendly and you basically talk about your experiences with children.
easy and fun job everyone truly cares for the kids. interview was pretty straight forward and the interviewer was great to talk to. I’m loving working here so far. benefits r great

Calm and very open to personal discussions, very non-stressful and situational questions will be asked. Dress appropriately, Be early, Let them know you're early and be polite and have manners and most importantly show you know how to communicate.
