Short phone interview, called back for in person interview a few days later. Was told that an itinerary would be sent our detailing interview times but never received one. Had to call repeatedly to get details about interview itself.

Basic tell me about yourself, why the YMCA, situational questions, etc. Interviewed with panel of other program directors, then received a facility tour with a program director, then met with a group of higher ups
Not too thorough of a process. Only took me a week to begin work. I really enjoy working at the YMCA of Greater Richmond. The kids and members are outstanding.

Entretien
Only had a 15 minute call with the HR recruiter and then 1 panel interview with 4 people from different departments. For such a big role I thought it would be more of a process. But it only lasted 1 week and they told me they promoted someone internally.

Entretien
Very Smooth and communicative through out the whole process. Explained in great detail of what the expectations are and what needs to be done. Felt I knew where i was through out the whole process.
