Interview was super quick and based like a regular chat with a friend in a laid back environment. Questions revolved around experience with children and past management skills. Due to state requirements, specific college credits are required to qualify to be able to work in a teaching environment with children. You also will need a fingerprint clearance card through the state which is an in depth background check.
