It was very easy to do and the person who I interviewed with was very professional. The YMCA has very easy interviews with people who make the whole process comfortable.

Received a call the day after I submitted application and interviewed the next week with the Director and Program Manager. Both people were very nice and laid back. I did not accept the job because the commute was to far away.

was asked to do an in person interview. met with the director of the after school program and sat down for a one on one interview. asked fairly simple and comfortable questions. and was offered the position on the spot.

Applied online and was almost immediately contacted over the phone. She asked very basic questions and explained the position. After the phone interview, she called back several days later to set up an in-person interview. After my references were checked an offer was made and I accepted.
