Phone interview followed with a virtual interview with two people from the department. It was an hour to an hour and a half. After 3 weeks they wanted a 2nd interview and it was with the same two people. After a week their recruiter calls to inform me I was not selected because they went with someone else with more experience. In total it took about 4 weeks or a month for the whole process. A few weeks later I see that they posted the same position on job listing websites and even on LinkedIn.
