a group interview, more like an info session. but the first time they didn't show up. no follow up afterwards, not very professional overall. they seemed more selective with people in the CA area

Entretien
They had me on the interview for about 45 mins and barely talked about what the actual job does and what they do. Very weird and after being in an interview for so long I learned nothing about the company. The person who interviewed me talked to me on zoom and sat in his car the entire time.

He also kept saying how their business model is "sexy", which was extremely odd, and in all of the interviews that I've done I have never heard someone drop that word. Seemed extremely unprofessional. They also showed me their business model and said that in less than a year of working with them people are able to earn more than 150k/year. Seems very unrealistic and like a pyramid scheme. Stay away, that's what I'm doing now.

Entretien
There was a 4-tier interview process, where at least the first two were in a group setting, while the third was a group debrief before getting paired with an individual interviewer. The first tier was mainly everyone introducing themselves and hearing about why we should want to work for The Whole 9. The second tier was a little more thorough, meeting with a different representative who asked more about us as individuals. The third tier was with a third, different representative who explained the business model and how to level up in the internship. We were then quizzed both in-interview and afterwards, which were both assessed for speed and accuracy. The fourth tier was the final interview with higher-leveled representatives, but I opted out after getting selected, so I do not know what that was like. All 3 tiers I participated in either started or ran at least 15 minutes late.

I do not remember specifics, but they would run by a lot of information and quiz you. In my experience, the representative wanted answers said in a specific way, or it would be considered incorrect. In addition, they would ask about marketing statistics that vary by the year, so preparing with sources to back up your claims may be helpful.
