The first screening interview was cancelled and then the first formal interview was badly scheduled and the worst of the worst, at the last minute a very long assignment was given. After one month of spending significant time completing the assignment, I did not either get response nor feedback.

It was quite a smooth process including international recruiters and local staff. There were 3 rounds and they applied the STAR interview making sure that good examples are given. HR negotiations were a bit more difficult.
