First stage is a pre screen interview with operations manager that takes approximately 30 minutes. Second stage is an in person interview which was 2 hours long. Mostly informal discussion mixed with questions that are non job related. They also do a personality test to assess strengths and weakness areas. They state it is not taken into consideration for the selection process but you have to take it before they offer you the position.
