The process is a 3 step process that involves a telephone interview with a Hiring Manager, then the Divisional Manager and then a face to face interview with the Sr. Management team

Met with manager and the owner, and was well organized. Provided specifications pertaining the job requirements. They were detailed in terms of their operations and also in terms of what you can provide to them as a employee.

The interview was pretty straight forward. I applied online, a week later I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to come in for an interview.The interviewer was friendly and professional.
