I was contacted to set up a Skype interview with TSG for a photographer/retoucher role. After initially setting up a time, I was contacted the evening before to reschedule to a later time the same day, or some time the following week. Opting for the sooner option, I was looking forward to the opportunity. The day of the interview, my point of contact isn't online for about 15 minutes, then I was added, and then after 5 minutes of no contact they sign off. To my surprise, after trying to send an email, and then a phone call to follow up after the situation, I was left with no comment. Following the long weekend I reached out again to no avail. It was unfortunate to say the least, considering the role has been relisted. If I had been provided an explanation as a potential candidate, I don't think I would have any reason to write this, I suppose it's more to help people be aware that this could happen to them too.
