It was 2 interviews. 15-30 minutes phone and 30 minutes in person group interviews with various interdepartmental managers. Normal expected questions strengths, weaknesses, describe a situation. The process was long (1-2 weeks from application to first initial HR call to set-up, another 1 week between the phone and in-person interview).
