You will first interview with HR over the phone, if they invite you inf or a 1:1 interview you're in pretty decent shape. Once you come in you will meet with two individuals who will be the deciding factor. Be prepared to answer all questions involving sales experience. They want to know that you're comfortable interacting with guests not just to make a sale but to create a relationship. Aveda is all about providing a great experience. If you're quick on your feet, focused, and sociable/friendly then that will certainly show through.
