Very laid back and uneventful. It was a little unprofessional and not the typical round table as one may be use to. The human resource manager actually told me that I would be on my own to make improvements without the support of my supervisor. When I started the job I realized my Manager did not have the background or knowledge of supply chain or what areas needed improving. This was a challenge I was up for.
