I applied via Indeed.com. I was contacted for a phone interview shortly thereafter which lasted approximately 20 minutes. I was then invited for an in-person interview. I met with two very friendly people at the Church offices. I was interviewing for a position supporting a senior minister; these people were one from his staff, and the other from HR. We spoke for about 30 minutes. Their questioning was very low-key.
