The 90 minute interview began with a 60 minute writing test that was followed by a 30 minute conversation with the VP. It was more a behavioral or fit interview than technical and the writing test was purely to see if I could write. The VP was nice and I was under the impression a second interview with the MD would happen but they chose to go with someone else.
