Really weird company and overall interview process. The woman who called me to invite me for an interview is the co owner of the company and she couldn’t tell me a single thing about the role and the requirements for the role. I asked for a job description to prepare for the interview and they said they don’t believe in job descriptions.. I went in for an interview person interview into the most depressing and soulless office. For a ‘sales’ company, there wasn’t even a single person speaking in the office. I asked about the role multiple times during the interview and they couldn’t give me a single answer. They just repeated that the role is what you make of it?? The role is apparently up for interpretation and you can do what you want? I asked about work culture and perks/ work life balance and they said that their biggest perk is that you can bring your dog into the office… They offer 0 flexibility, you need to be in the office 5 days a week as well as work overtime out of hours to attend events. I asked about time off in lieu and they said that the over time is a requirement of the role and therefore you don’t get any compensation. They also said that the role is 100% impossible to not make commission from because they give you hot leads and basically throw money at you.. Overall the weirdest meal girl vibes from the interviewers..
