It is a lengthy process - begins with submission of a resume and a screening interview. Then there is a timed writing assessment and a general competency assessment. If you pass these steps, you then begin interviews with managers in the firm. You may meet with up to 6 people if they are considering you as there is a strong culture and they want to make sure you are good fit.
