I was contacted by HR to set up an interview time. I came to the office and met with my potential supervisor for about a half hour. They called me about a week later requesting a second interview. I went to the office again and met with my potential supervisor and his/her supervisor as well for about a half hour. HR called a week or so later with an offer.

Received a phone call requesting time for a phone interview. Interviewed with potential supervisor. Was invited to come in for an in person interview with supervisor and the program director. Received a call a week later, was offered the position and accepted.
