First interview is a general virtual meeting with HR rep. Second interview is in person with up to 3 leads and they will take you on tour of office. Final meeting is coffee with one of the Lewer family members who work in the office daily

First step is a Zoom video culture fit discussion with the People + Culture department to review Lewer's Core Values and confirm if their is a goodness of fit. Then you come into the office and do in person interviews with several Lewer managers and meet the team. That's pretty much it!
