The interview was with three managers and a colleague. There was a large difference between the hourly wage discussed in the interview and the rate ultimately offered. The questions were easy, and the personalities engaging. I should have paid more attention to the fact that I interview with the 3 levels of management above this role. Such a tiny organization had three levels above my role, and the CEO wasn't even there. So, there was another level of management above us all who wasn't present.
