They quite literally just ask to see your lifeguarding certs and a few general questions about being willing to deal with small children and bossy people. Really laid back. After submitting my resume to the HR office, I was called back within 3 days for a one on one interview with the head of the Landings' pools, and from there the interview was scheduled to be within the week.
