I applied to this job offer that was posted on Craigslist.org, and a member of HR emailed me to set up a phone interview.
The application process went like this:
- Phone Interview with HR representative
- 1:1 Office interview with various team members
- 1:1 Office interview with CEO

Q: Describe a difficult situation you've had with a client, and how did you successfully resolve it?
It started with an initial screening call. After I was brought in for two interviews, one with the direct supervisor and one with the team. Everyone was friendly and personable.
