I got the interview by applying to all of the stores in the surrounding area en masse. Passing the pattern recognition test will get you an interview at the very least. It wasn't a very difficult interview. A lot of typical and commonplace questions to gauge your desire to work there and work history.

Good interview. The interviewer was very nice and respectful. Standard questions and nothing that would be unexpected. I would be happy to have a similar interview again in the future if I apply again.
