Question 1
A lot of questions about the "hype" they give The Home Depot and a lot of asking if it sounded good. Should've been a red flag

5 minute phone call with recruiter followed by an almost immediate call from the sales manager. The interview itself was a bit of a joke and was mostly friendly chatter. Was offered job on the spot, shows how hard up they are for people to take this position.

Very informal, was awkward and unprofessional, we met at a McDonalds and was asked "Who would you sell a roof to in here?" When I asked the interviewer to clarify the interviewer got all hostile and irritable and reiterated "Who would you sell a roof to in here?!" After awkwardly surveying the mcdonald's I picked a large middle-aged person and said "Him. Because I bet he owns a house." This seemed to appease the hostility because the interviewer calmed down afterwards, muttered "good, good", and 5 minutes later the interview was over.
Strange.
