It was a very challenging interview, yet well worth the time. Plenty of team members were involved including all of HR. They asked very good questions, some off the wall.
Meeting on site with director. General discussion and questions. Lots of competency and experience related questions. Not particularly structured. Only one interviewer at site. More structure and clearer requirements would be good.
General behavioral interview with HR rep and a couple department heads. Interview process consisted of only 1 interview. The interview was conducted online with no option to be done in person.
