The recruitment team was responsive and everyone working there seemed quite pleasant. The feedback I have about the process was the amount of time they asked from candidates. By the time I was done I had interviewed 8 hours. It felt frustrating to take that much time and energy to not receive an offer. Feels like the process could be cut back so it’s not such a burden on the candidates time and resources. I had to take a PTO day for the final interviews and not receiving an offer after that much time and effort left a negative impression on me.
