I met the campus recruiter at a campus career fair. I received an e-mail a couple days later to interview with a representative the following week. The interview was a typical interview with a lot of situation-based questions (tell me about a time you...). There were also a couple that tied into my major. I did not get the position, but it was a positive experience overall.

It was quite long, the final interview was around an hour long. They start by asking you to give them an example of a time you exhibited X value. The values are the same as the company values. There's around 4 of those, then they will ask 1 or 2 numeracy questions.

The interviewers are friendly,
Since it was a new GCC in Hyderabad, there was mass hiring.
Overall interview experience was great.
