First it was a simple phone interview screening, going through the basics like what kind of work they did, where they did it etc. then asking routine questions about things on my resume and why I was looking to move. Followed up with an in person interview at their satellite office in NYC which consisted of a simple "do you have any more questions for us" followed up by a short structural test. Said they would talk to the partner and get back, but never did. Some of it is bitterness, but if a firm can't be bothered to give a response after someone travels on their own expense to meet them , it shows something of how they view their employees.
