I was asked to complete a phone interview (10 min) followed by 30 minute in person interview. Some situational questions and some skills based. You'll know you're shortlisted if they take you from the 1:1 interview to meet with the ED - she usually only see's 1 or 2 candidates. She won't ask many questions, usually she just asks a couple of personality questions and likes to see how you'll respond to intimidation.
