One of the few interview where they tell you how can they be a part of your long term goals. They see if the person is passionate enough to work as a team. Their interview process is all about getting to know a person rather than degree or education.

Not a question but an incident : I got blank in the first 10 seconds of the interview. Then they spend another minute or two to get me comfortable by introducing themselves and casual talks.
