Phone call that lasted about 60 minutes. Lots of back and forth. Conversational in tone. I was encouraged to provide ideas on how I would like to manage my territory should I be offered the position.

Initial telephone call followed by a mock role-play sales call. Total interview process lasted about two weeks. Personality and creativity encouraged during the interview process. It was a very good experience.
