Overall process: HR screening followed by meetings with the hiring manager and 5-6 team members from different verticals. The HR screening was rescheduled at the very last minute. The recruiter was very clear about the company culture and the next steps, which I appreciated. The hiring manager showed up to the interview 5 minutes late with poor internet connectivity. He couldn't hear me well and asked me to repeat myself multiple times throughout the interview, and he seemed very displeased because of this. During the interview, he interrupted me almost every time I provided an answer. Given that the company culture emphasizes "play team" and showing gratitude to others, I did not sense these values being reflected in my conversation with this specific hiring manager.
