Had to arrive at the office of a recruiting agency for a CV drop several days before the event. Had a reach test.
Arrived at the assigned time about 5 days after to have an online interview from the office. It took about 15-20 minutes.

Was by applying online and invited to an assessment day and they asked me to introduce myself and they gave each a group a scenario every candidate should explain their point of view.

I think they live in a state of mind.
I don’t want to repeat it again.

Entretien
Smooth and consistant, where they gave you number and proceeded to each step with eliminations. It is super important to follow instructions by recruiter, as failing or doing like with "left-hand" might lead to immeadiate elimination.
