J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Driven Group (TX) (Dallas, TX) en juin 2018

      Entretien

This interview was rather unusual. I knew from the moment I walked in that I probably wasn't interested. The building is in a shady part of town. The office space is a shared office with Team DFW. The receptionist, Jade, gave me a questionnaire. Then she asked me what kind of music I liked, and then played it (which was nice.) The lady that interviewed me, I forgot her name (I don't remember if she actually told me her name) had very odd behavior. She was really trying to sell me the job. She didn't ask me any standard interview questions that would be expected. She repeatedly told me how expensive the Bay area is. Couldn't stop talking about it. She recently moved from the Bay area to Dallas. She talked mostly about herself, her lack of job opportunities in India, where she is originally from, how she wouldn't ever "work for someone" only "work with someone", how she recently learned English (Kudos to her because her English was excellent for just learning the language) She kind of bragged about herself as well. She made me guess how much her rent was in the Bay area for her 600 square feet apartment. I guessed 4 times (which was annoying) and finally just shrugged and requested that she please just tell me. It was $3,400 btw (If you were curious) She made a joke about how she wouldn't have to wait for the bald guy to die off to be as successful as him (talking about the CEO, Austin) SUPER WEIRD. Never really went over details of the job, all very broad descriptions. Basically, the job would be to sell office supplies from Staples, to small businesses. She never asked if I had any questions. She let me know that they were doing tons of interviews and that they were only going to ask 2 to come back for second interviews. I received a call back for a second interview, while on my way home for the interview. I told them I would have to get back to them on my schedule. Another thing I should mention is that after applying for this job, I got an email and a text and was told they were finishing interviews that week and I would need to come that day or the next day to be considered. I went the next day, which was a Friday, and they wanted to schedule the second interview for the following Monday. Very quick process. Red flags everywhere.
