I was offered an in person interview after a phone interview. The interview was with 3 people and it went well. Although for both interviews despite me being very clear about what times and dates I would like to interview, they called me at the wrong times and the wrong date for the in person interview. Unfortunately their communication skills are very poor and ghosting is something they very much do. I would expect a organization who prioritizes communication with their clients and patients and emphasizes it in the interview process to be better than this.

They will ask of your knowledge of HIV preventative care. They will also ask many scenario questions about dealing with a customer that’s upset and much revolving around communication and problem solving.
