Phone call, a few confirmation questions to then lead to an in person interview. I was told I would be invited via email for an in person interview. I never received an email and tried to get in contact to confirm if I would still be considered for the position which took 4 back and forth phone calls. It turns out they ended up hiring somebody internally so the interview was cancelled. Maybe try to figure out if your internal people are interested in a position before trying to go public and schedule interviews and not get back to them.
