When interviewed for this position it was several years ago. I interviewed with a store manager who had talent responsibilities in the district. Then from there I interviewed with human resources. There was no regional manager for this division of the company. After the interview I was contacted the following day by my store manager with an offer.

Quick process, District managers and Hr work together to ensure smooth process. First I was notified that there was an opening for the store manager role via indeed. Then spoke with District manager, then applied, we spoke again then I interviewed with HR, then the next day received a call with an offer.

I interviewed with the District Manager of the Alabama district. She then had me interview with the Regional manager. A few days later I had a final interview with the HR manager.
