The manager was friendly she asked me 3 questions why do you want to work here? what is your availability ? basically she hired me on the spot. She was very out of blue after I applied, then she asked me if I could get there within hours of her call. It was a very rushed process.
I had one interview in person and it was really quick. The interview was super easy and the manager was really nice. They asked me questions like why do I want this job and a lot of questions regarding customer service. I got the job and I accepted the role.
