Filled out an application online and received a phone call a couple days later to come in for an interview. It was very simple and she asked basic questions and had me fill out employee paperwork the same day. She told me my starting pay and that this was seasonal but depending on after season needs I could be asked to stay.

One interview with pretty standard questions. They have you come on site. The manager interviewed me along with another applicant at the same time and we went back and forth on our answers.

Entretien
Very casual, just asked simple and basic questions. Made me feel comfortable, as it was my first interview. I expected it to be challenging and the interviewer to be strict but she was very nice and smiled, which helps. She just asked a few questions and my availability, and that she would get back to me in one week. The process took about 15 minutes.
