Normal interview process. Mostly they are looking for people with a full availability mainly on the weekends when the restaurant is busiest. It was an easy interview, as long as you show that you are outgoing and have the right background to fit the job.

I was initially sent a text message to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer explained the position, compensation, and benefits, and we discussed my desired schedule. I was then asked to return for another interview with the Senior Manager, which lasted about 10 minutes.
