Brief process, recruiter contacts you to see if you're interested. Then submits your name without your permission for the contract bid and then does not allow you any wiggle room to negotiate your salary
Basic interview process. Questions focused on prior experience and qualifications. Interviewer was prompt, pleasant, and professional. Entire interview flowed more like a conversation than a stuffy interview. Learned alot about the company and team I would be joining.
