You apply online and then take a personality test. If you match what they are looking for, they will email you and let you know who to call to set up an interview. I called and set up my interview for the next day. It's a difficult place to know how to prepare for an interview. They only sell jeans and casual clothing and want you to be super fashion-forward. But...it's an interview so you want to show you are taking it seriously. I wore black pinstriped pants and a cardigan but I felt wayyy overdressed since the manager interviewing me had on rolled up jeans, sandals, a wild t-shirt and a sparkly vest. Not sure how I would recommend you dress for this interview...definitely somewhat trendy but maybe not jeans and sandals. I haven't heard back from my interviewer yet but she said I would get an email within 48 hours of her decision. I felt like I had the energy and experience they were looking for but it looked like the manager was doodling on her paper while I was talking. They ask about how competitive you are and, if you're in school, what extra-curricular activities you're involved in. Also, what you liked and disliked about your most recent job, why would think you would be good for the position.
