2 interviews, second time you get to work with a student and observe in the classrooms. Mine were lumped together, because i came from a distance... but i heard it happened to others as well. It was a good 2 months before i heard back from the interview (even though i sent a follow up email). They usually always need people, as there is a high turnover, i think they save applications that they like. The HR person has changed since i interviewed.
