I saw the posting online and followed up with a cover letter and resume. They called me in for a full day of meetings and a demo lesson that was observed by at least half a dozen people. I met with the Head of the School, Assistant Head, Upper School Director, Department Chair, department members and HR. I believe most of my meetings were in the morning, then the department had lunch together, then I gave my demo lesson. First, I taught for about 20-30 minutes, then the woman I was going to sub for taught the rest of the class and I observed.
