Very odd interview with the CEO, Kevin. He seemed to both be very impressed with me (as we had a good conversation), but he also seem to be attempting to grill me; Asking why I didn't just go back to my previous employer (after being self-employed for a year), asking me to talk about a strength of mine, then another, and another, and a fourth. After everything was said and done, he said he enjoyed meeting with me, how he'd like to proceed to the next steps, which would require me providing a reference from my previous employer (which I provided), after asking if hypothetically, he called them up and asked to rate me between 1 and 10, what they would say. While I did appreciate the format of the interview, being more of a conversation (no silly recruiter questions here), he completely ghosted me after the interview.
