Weeks after applying an intern called me to arrange the interview with the founder. The interview with the founder was unprofessional, very serious, cold and not welcoming. I felt he was more interested in my opinion about his company than in getting to know me as a posible future employee. Overall, he didn't make any effort to easen the atmostphere.

You will first got the phone call from HR,
1st interview with the lead of project manager,
2rd interview with co-founder.
I didn't enjoy the whole interview process. It seems that they didn't want to know which kind of people you are, what is your background is, but only want to know how can you do for their company in the future.

Zu Beginn gab es ein Gespräch mit der HR-Abteilung. Fokus auf persönlichen Fit, Charakter und Motivation. Sehr freundlich! Da das Mindset passte, keine Herausforderung.
Anschließend Gespräch mit Teamlead und COO. Hier mehr Fokus auf Spezifikation des Jobs und Arbeitsalltags. Kleine Aufgabe, die wohl testen soll, ob man in der Lage ist sich in die Rolle hineinzuversetzen.
Anschließend Angebotsunterbreitung durch die HR-Abteilung.
