Went through program finished and got straight A’s all to be interviewed and rejected after the service liked me so much and asked me to come back very tedious and haze like process after you’ve already jumped through hoops to help their service center to compete with other locations !

TLDR: Multiple Interviews, Long Process, but the people I interviewed with were nice, sociable people and I left each interview excited about the position. I initially applied for a Mobile Service role. I had one phone interview, and then a video interview. It was determined that I was not ready to jump into that role, but they were nonetheless impressed with my interview and resume, and my information was forwarded to determine eligibility for the Tesla START program. I had 3 more interviews after this, the final one being another video interview, where I was given a tentative offer of employment as an intern a few hours after which I accepted.
